Final Day of Caching in Mobile 3/15/2008

Well today is our last day in Mobile as we are off to Biloxi, Mississippi tomorrow. We started early before all the traffic got out and about. The first cache was at the Mobile Greyhound Dog Track and boy did I get eaten alive by the briars in the woods. My legs are a mess now and I know I left some blood on that cache. Oh well one of the hazards of caching. By the way no history at all today, just a bunch of caches in various areas. Then it was on to a cache off an industrial road in the woods (NO briars either). Next was a cache near the Coke bottling plant and by the way whatever soft drink you have down here in the South it's Coke. Next was a cache behind Waffle "AWFUL" House, then a cache by a drug store, then one in a shopping center, one in a large cemetery, a cache located near a storage building for antique cars and boy were there some nice antiques in there. One of them was a 1935 Packard in mint condition. Then on to a small park, one at the regional library, then we finished the last 4 in our drug store series that we had started on Thursday. The last cache was also located in a small cemetery and then it was on back to the RV and we ate lunch, Mom did the logs and I showered and I am doing the blog now. We called Rose Bud today to wish her a Happy Birthday and again from Mom and I Rosie a very very Happy Birthday. Well time to say until tomorrow from Mississippi we love you all and miss you very much.
