A Crazy Day 2/20/2008
Well today started out great with a beautiful sunrise as you can see by the pictures and really the rest of the day wasn't that bad just kind of nuts and hectic. I have had a pulled calf muscle for about 2 1/2-3 weeks so Mom asked me to go to see a doctor as she was kind of concerned it had't gotten any better. We called a doctor in Eastpoint and he saw me at 1:00 pm. He seemed concerned about a blood clot in my lower leg as it was quite swollen so he gave me a script for a Doppler Scan on the leg. I called a in Crawforville, FL and they didn't do those kind of scans so I called another doctor in Apalachicola and the technician was just leaving for the day but she said if I came right in she would wait till I got there and do the scan. Well to make a long story short there was no blood clot and he thinks I might have a torn calf muscle and now wants me to get an MRI to see if it is torn. So tomorrow I have to call for an appointment at the original office I called. It was crazy as we drove 17 miles to Eastpoint, then back to the RV 17 miles, then back to Apalachicola, 27 miles away, then back to Eastpoint and then back here to the RV. I think we are all driven out for today. Well we are about to eat so and after dinner we are going to watch the eclipse, that is if I can stay awake that long. So till tomorrow have a great evening and sleep tight and we love and miss you all.
