Last Day in Casper for Caching 7/6/2010

Well our last day in Casper and a chance to see if we can find a few more caches before we leave. Today was much better than the last 2 as we found 9 caches and didn't find 2. Really the only cache we found that had anything interesting associated with it was one in the Oregon Trail Veteran's Cemetery. The cache took us awhile to find as it was a little one and then we went in to look at the chapel but it was closed. There were no above ground markers in this cemetery as all of them were at ground level. As you can see by the pictures the entrance was very unusual.

After that cache it was a bunch of NRV caches at a baseball field under the electric box, a bird house at the Evansville police department, at a ranch and farm supply store, an entrance to a shopping center in a bush, a Wal Mart in a light post, at a elementary school in a tree (it was part of a class project), at the entrance to a cemetery and a nano between to tennis courts in a park. That was it for the day so off back to the coach after we stopped and stocked up on groceries as our next stop is a little remote. Well that's about it for today so until tomorrow on the road again we love and miss you all. Mom & Dad Dori & Dick
