Uneventful Week Just Puttering Around 10/19-27/2009

Monday we finished unloading the coach with everything we wanted from the outside bins and got everything stored where we wanted it. We did run a few errands later in the day after we were finished.
Tuesday we didn't do much at all but put things away in the house and straighten up.
Wednesday we had to take the coach to the repair shop to have the slide out and microwave fixed. We sure are glad we got the extended warranty. We also stopped at the doctor's office to get our records as they don't accept our new insurance plan. We also stopped at the hospital so Mom could check on her volunteering. She is all set and will be there on Tuesdays this year and any other time they might need her. Then we drove through Barefoot Resort to see where the wildfires were last spring. Not much left as the houses had been cleared and most of the brush and trees had grown back already. About the only thing left to know there were fires there was some scorched trees.
Thursday and Friday we spent at the house.
Saturday and Sunday were spent watching football and the baseball games and went out to eat with Ed, Steve, Gina, Mary Lee and Charlie at TGIF's.
Monday we ran a few errands and hung around the house.
Tuesday was Mom's first day volunteering in the nursery. I drove her in as we both were able to get our flu shots and then I went back to the house and hung around till she was ready to come home. I picked her up and we stopped at the craft store and at DQ to get a Blizzard.
Well that's about it until next time. I'm not sure how much we will be posting as we spend the winter here in MB as every day won't be a interesting day. We aren't doing a lot of caching right now as we there weren't many new caches put out here during the time we were gone and we didn't want to do them all before Liz and Bob get back here late in Nov. We will be posting occasionally when we do cache or do something else you might be interested in reading so until next time we love and miss you all. Mom & Dad Dori & Dick
