Football and a GREAT Dinner 9/27/2009

Sunday was of course FOOTBALL DAY IN AMERICA so after doing my fantasy lineups in the morning Mom and I took a ride out of the boondocks to civilization and a visit to WalMart to stock up on groceries as we are leaving for the Outer Banks tomorrow. After we got back it was time for football so I settled in and turned on the TV as Janet & Doug had a few errands to run. I watched the games until dinner time, although the Giants game wasn't on in this area......BUMMER. Doug and Janet fixed a great seafood dinner for us and we enjoyed it very much. We had scallops and shrimp wrapped in bacon and a seafood medley over rice along with garlic bread. After dinner we watched TV for awhile and then I hit the hay.
