Caching in Beaufort 10/6/2009

Tuesday morning we started caching around the Beaufort area. The caches we did really weren't to historical or informational but were fun. We did caches near a small family cemetery, several on the beach accesses, near a group of newspaper boxes, under a cemet block near a old house, near a memorial to a teacher in Beaufort, near a U. S. Navt LCU Facility, in a welcome center, near a sports complex, in a shopping complex, on a nature trail and a very secluded beach in a up scale neighborhood. It was fun to be back out caching even though there weren't any historical caches.
We did do some driving around Beaufort and saw many many older homes from the late 1700's to the early and middle 1800's. It was a great day we had a ball seeing Beaufort and a little of Morehead City. Well that's all we have for today so until next time we love and miss you all. Mom & Dad Dori & Dick
