Well we left this morning with 9 caches to do within a 10 mile radius of Tupelo but we only ended up doing four. Two of them were to far away, one had a soccer tournament going on so it was to busy, one we couldn't find and the other one was to deep in the woods to look for it. The four we found didn't afford us much opportunity to see anything historical at all, so no pictures today again. The first cache was on the Natchez Trace at mile marker 261.3 in the woods, next cache was on a horse trail that goes through the Trace, the third was in a small azalea park overlooking Elvis's birth place and the last on was located in the woods on the campus of Itawamba Community College behind the campus policeman's house.
We really are kind of disappointed in Tupelo as we really thought there would be more historic sites to see. So we drove back to the RV and had lunch, Mom went to the store and the Dollar Store and I am doing our logs and the blog and I'm watching the Flyers-Caps hockey game. By the way we had 1.67" of rain last night in about and hour and a half. Well the rest of the afternoon was really not to awfully exciting. We watched a movie and just ate dinner so we guess it's time to say until tomorrow same time same place and we love you all very much.
