Here We are in Fort Chiswell, VA Safe and Sound 5/9/2008

A very pleasant drive from Blountville to Fort Chiswell, VA where we are staying for a couple of nights. We got here about noon and were all set up and having lunch about 12:30. I finished yesterdays blog and then we took a drive around to scope out the lay of the land. Not much around this area as you might think that there would be a fort near here but no way. It fell apart years ago and they buried it when they put in Interstate 77. Well we are going to go caching tomorrow and I have reservations tomorrow night for a dinner theater in Wytheville to see Beauty and the Beast, it's a surprise for Mom so if you should talk to her before tomorrow night don't say anything. I'll let you know Sunday how the food and play were. We have a robin's nest outside our RV on the ground next to the water connection and it has 4 little blue eggs in it. Well time to eat dinner so we will say until tomorrow same time same place and we love you all.
